Terms and Conditions for Delegates
Nedbank IMC 2025

1. Payment Terms
   Payment for attendance is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorised Nedbank IMC representative.
2. Early Bird Bookings
• If you book your ticket(s) during an early bird phase with discounted pricing and fail to settle payment within the agreed timeframe, the discount will be revoked.
• You will be invoiced for the price difference and must settle this balance according to the specified timelines.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Six weeks or more before the event: Full refund of the invoiced amount.
• Three to six weeks before the event: 50% refund of the invoiced amount.
• Less than three weeks before the event: No refunds will be issued.
4. Ticket Transfers
   Tickets may be transferred to another individual up to and including Friday 12^th September 2025.  All requests for transfers must be communicated in writing.
5. Non-Attendance
   No refunds will be granted for non-attendance, regardless of the reason.
6. Agenda Changes
   Nedbank IMC reserves the right to amend or alter the event agenda at any time.
7. Venue or Format Changes
• If the physical event in Johannesburg cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., governmental restrictions, health emergencies), tickets will be converted to virtual tickets, and any price difference will be refunded within 30 days.
• We reserve the right to change the venue location within Johannesburg as necessary.
8. Personal Injury or Illness
   Nedbank IMC will not be held responsible for any personal injury, illness, or related incidents arising from your participation in the event.
9. Privacy and Data Usage
• By providing personal information for booking and attendance, you consent to its use for statistical, marketing, and communication purposes.
• Your data will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
10. Media and Publicity
• By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that Nedbank IMC may capture and share photos, videos, or social media content featuring you.
• Such materials may be used for promotional purposes.
11. Technical Issues for Virtual Attendees
• If you experience technical issues preventing participation in the virtual event due to reasons outside Nedbank IMC’s control (e.g., connectivity problems on your end), no refunds or compensation will be provided.
12. Force Majeure
• Nedbank IMC is not liable for failure to perform any obligations under these terms due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
13. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

By purchasing tickets and attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
